This hotel is great value for money! It's located right in the center of a bustling resort, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and come with a nice balcony, perfect for soaking in the stunning mountain views. The breakfast provided is delicious and sets you up for the day ahead.

All in all, our stay was fantastic and we didn't encounter any major issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Serfaus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the well-trained staff to the basic amenities provided. I particularly loved the view from the pool, it was absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast offered in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The walk around the hotel was pretty scenic. One of the best things was the free travel card you get which took us to the beautiful mountain with amazing views. The room was cozy and it also had a nice pool which we enjoyed.

The staff seemed cold and unfriendly. In the morning, there was always noise from upstairs and it woke us up.

The spa facilities were enjoyable, including the rooftop pool. the views from certain areas in the hotel were breathtaking.

The food options were scarce, especially for those who eat vegan or vegetarian; they only offered limited dinner options.

This cozy family-owned hotel offers a central location with easy public transport to the mountain. the rooms are well equipped with good sized bathrooms and nice views over the valley or mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service and a delicious breakfast. the hotel includes great facilities such as a pool, sauna, and a Sommer Card.

The wifi connection can be unreliable and the food options could be better.

We loved the location in the center of the resort, close to the mountain. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and sauna, were perfect for us. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff who served us delicious breakfast every morning.
